3. Collected data – User rights.
3.1. Our Company has designed its website so that its users can visit it without revealing their identity. During the user’s hit and browsing in our website, our Company collects only the data collected by Cookies, since the user’s consent has been obtained. In addition, the website plazacafe.gr uses Google Analytics in order to monitor users activity so that we can determine how many people use our website, understand in the most effective way how they find and use our site, as well as knowing user’s activity in the website. Although Google Analytics records data such as the geographic location of users, their device, their operating system, none of this information makes them known to us.
Furthermore, our Company collects the information that the user gives us as long as he contacts us collects the data that the user gives us if he contacts us and in order to receive an offer-order or cooperation from our Company. The information required by the user and our potential customer, during the above communication and in order to execute his order, is: the name, the address, the area’s postal code, the email address, the telephone number and the type of payment.
Lastly, our website has an online contact form in order for the user to be able to communicate easily with our Company, since of course he wants to. In that case, the data collected by our Company is the name and the email address of the user.
3.3.The user’s rights in relation to the above data are as follows:
(a) The right of access to his or her personal data, that is, the user’s right to get a confirmation from the company of whether or not the data relating to him or her is processed and, if so, the right to access them and the following information, without prejudice to the provisions of Article 15 No 2016/679 Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council, ‘For the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation)’(hereinafter referred to as ‘GDPR’):

– the user opposes processing according to the Article 21 (1) of the GDPR and there are no compelling and legitimate reasons for the processing or opposes the processing according to the Article 21 (2) of the GDPR,
– personal data was processes illegally,
-the personal data should be deleted, to comply with the legal obligation under the EU or Greek Law,
– personal data have been collected in connection with the provision of information society services referred to the Article 8 (1) of the GDPR.
(d) The right to limit the processing of user’s data for as long as the processing objections are pending, under the conditions of the Article 18 of the GDPR.
(e) The right to data portability, that is, the user’s right to receive the data provided to our Company in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, as well as the right to transmit such data to another company without objection by our Company, under the conditions of Article 20 of the GDPR.
(f) The right to object to the processing of the personal data by our Company or to withdraw the consent in case that there are no other compelling and legitimate reasons prevailing over this right, under the conditions of Article 21 of the GDPR.
